Meliora Technology
How Meliora Technology processes the personal data you share with us through this website and by email.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
Meliora Technology, email hello@meliora.technology.
Data you send us yourself through the contact form or by email: name, email address, phone, company, topic and the content of the message.
Enquiries sent through the form are stored in the website's content management system, so that none is lost if the email is not delivered. With each enquiry we keep a one-way hash of the IP address it was sent from, from which the address cannot be recovered. We use it only to limit the number of enquiries from one address and to protect the form from abuse.
Technical data the server records on each visit: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. It is used only for security and troubleshooting.
Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal or contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Security and reliable operation of the website, including protecting the contact form from abuse, as a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last correspondence.
Technical server records: up to 30 days.
Data related to a contract: for the periods required by accounting and tax legislation.
Providers of our hosting, database and email services: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and files) and an email delivery provider. The website's data is stored in the European Union. The providers process the data only on our instructions.
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Fonts are served from our own server, with no requests to external services.
